Yes, our organization's vendor code must be supplied at the time of your livescan fingerprinting. Per Fl Law, fingerprints and background information cannot be shared across organizations.

Payments must be received in full at the time of registration.

It is preferred for you to pay online via LeageMagic.

Other options include cash, Zelle & Square.

Early Bird Registration runs from Jan 1- March 31, If your payment is not received by March 31, price will increase to standard pricing of $200 on April 1.

The Central Brevard Bengals operates as a 501 (c) (3) organization. We keep registration as low as possible while still offering an excellent experience for players.

Prior to the season we use player registration fees to fund our operating budget, which includes uniforms, equipment, insurance, field maintenance, and league fees among other annual expenses. In order to operate, our organization needs player fees prior to the season.

In the event of documented injuries(prior to mid-season) that prevent the player from playing, refunds may be issued following review by the members of the Board.

Football Players:

- 1 game uniform

- 1 mouth piece

- Loaner hemet and shoulder pads

- Pre season spring clinics

Cheerleaders:

- 1 game uniform

- 1 practice shirt

- 1 Hair bow

- Competition sneakers

- Team participation in competition

Football:

- Football cleats

- Padded Practice pants

- Socks

- Additional mouth pieces after the 1st one is issued.

- Optional team apparel, bags, etc as offered by the head coach of the division.

Cheer:

- Practice shorts

- Cheer socks

Over the 10-week game season, we are typically scheduled home for half of the season and away for half the season. Travel can range anywhere from 30 mins to 1hr 30 mins drive.

It is very important that you are able to provide transportation for your player to all away games. If transportation is a barrier we encourage you to talk to your coach and other parents to explore car pool or rental car options.

When multiple players do not show up for games, we are faced with significant forfeit fines.

Once your child is registered, we will add parents to a group chat that corresponds to your player's assigned division.

1. Gather these required items.

   1. Birth Certificate

   2. Recent Headshot/photo of your child

2. Return to the registration portal (League Magic) and sign e-forms

   1. eSign medical release

   2. eSign liability waiver

   3. Upload birth certificate.

   4. Upload player photo.

3. Sports Physicals

   1. Physical Forms can be obtained by your player’s pediatrician and must remain valid until the end of the calendar year.

   2. Upload physical forms once received.

Important: Loaner equipment will not be issued until athlete is fully certified. Once all the required forms have been uploaded, e-signed, and 100% of fees paid, then will they be deemed certified. Partial registrations cannot be certified, and all fees are non-refundable.
